ESTEEM LAMINAR AIR FOLW BENCH:

Modular construction, combining aesthetic appeal with functional utility and efficiency. These

are designed to meet the filtration, illumination, Noise &Vibration requirements and US Federal

Standard 209 B (BS 5295), providing air to meet class 100 (class I) conditions, to the extent

applicable. Ideal for microbiological manipulations, work with bioassays sterility testing &

research work, vial filling & bunging operation in parenteral units & for general dry-processing

work in semiconductor industry etc. Provides a comfortable sit down working position for the

operators. Floor model, Horizontal flow, well-lighted, work surface, low vibration and noise,

easy to maneuver due to castor wheel provision. Pre-Filters: Filtration efficiency of 98% for

all types of particles of sizes 8 micron and larger. Hepa-Filters (fine filters): Filtration

efficiency 99.999% for all types of particles of sizes 0.3 micron and larger. Housed in a frame

with leak proof gaskets.

CONSTRUCTION:

All Laminar Flow Clean Air cabinets are basically constructed out of thick teak wood board, which is

termite and insect proof, fire retardant and weather resistant. All exterior surfaces are covered

with white Laminates. Interior surfaces are epoxy painted. Work table is made of mica top and side

panels of thick transparent plexiglass. Air Flow and Filtration: Laminar Flow principle involves

double filtration of air. Double filtered air blows in laminar flow through the work table at designed

velocity of 9 ft. min. 20%. Cabinet: Stainless steel sheet of 20 SWG lining. Front Panels:

Removable transparent scratch resistant sheet of approximately 6 mm thickness. Side Panels:

Fixed transparent scratch resistant sheet of approximately 6 mm thickness. Work Table: Stainless

Steel of 20 SWG lining.

BLOWER MOTOR ASSEMBLY:

Duly balanced, direct drive motor blower units sized to provide adequate air flow volume over

the entire surface of HEPA filter. Fitted with reputed make motor and operates with minimum

noise level i.e. lower than 65 db on scale and Vibration less than 2.5 um.

Lighting: Work area properly illuminated by diffused, glare free fluorescent light. Motor Blower:

Dynamically balanced and specially constructed to suit low noise and vibration with adjustable

speed.

Air Velocity: not be more than 100 fpm over the work area

Lighting: Fluorescent tube lights with diffuser acrylic to get 120 decalux on work surface.

Ultra-violet light source: be provided. Power supply: 220/240 volts, 50 cycles, single phase. The

equipment be provided with both 5 Amp and 15 Amp plug units inside the cabinet along with a

line voltage corrector of appropriate rating.

230 V. 1 Phase, 50 Hz, Ac Supply.

Visual and Buzzer alarm message:

Low exhaust flow.

Low down flow air velocity.
